Administrative Advisement

Each month the Cathedral consultant meets with the educational executive to enhance influence and assure financial health for traditional and new programs. The regular work meeting includes four phases:

Phase One:
Review financial performance of the last month, the current month, and the expectation for the upcoming quarter utilizing the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.

Phase Two:
Review key customers and referral sources. For what reasons do students choose this school?
