Succession Planning
Data is gathered to assess the school environment with the social perception of each staff and faculty member. With this context in place, judgement is made for the aptitude of replacement people. The one leaving is assisted with career support and planning. Job skills for the new position are addressed with formal and informal training with the potential addition of e-learning. This is also an opportunity for implementing any needed organizational change. Next steps are planned and taken incrementally in the context of the financial development of the school.
